User Rights

You can define who has access to reports and templates, and what they can do with them. Permissions are granted by folder and role.

Inherited Rights Versus Explicit Rights:

Each subfolder inherits the rights of the parent folder. Inherited rights are the rights automatically given to the subfolder from the parent folder.

Explicit rights allow you to change these rights depending on each subfolder.
