When an Administrator creates a new user account, an email address is used as the login name. The new user receives an email with a link and a temporary password. This information allows you to create your own password. The password is saved with encryption and is not visible to anyone who accesses the software. The application starts with the login screen.

If you forgot your password:

Click Forgot Password?.

The Request a new password form is displayed.

Enter your log in email address.

The Request Password button is activated after an email address is entered.

Click .

An email is sent to you containing a link with instructions to change your password.

Click the link.

The Change Temporary Password form is displayed.

If you enter the wrong password more than three times during login, you will be locked out of LCA Calculator for a short period of time. The lockout period is extended if you continue to enter the wrong password. Your Administrator can unlock your account if you require immediate access.

For client data security purposes, LCA Calculator automatically closes after 10 minutes of inactivity. You will be logged out of LCA Calculator and asked to login again. The program will not retain unsaved values in the parameter cells if no calculations are performed.
